📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the gym and spa, ensuring they meet luxury hospitality standards.
• Manage and train the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain and optimize the use of gym and spa equipment and facilities.
• Implement and monitor spa and wellness programs to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate lifestyle offerings into the overall guest experience.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Represent the hotel at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in gym and spa management in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Certifications in fitness training, spa management, or related fields are a plus.
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
