• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to resolve client issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the industrial technology sector.
• Strong technical skills in industrial automation, control systems, and PLC programming.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, or Function Block Diagram.
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols like Modbus, Profibus, or Ethernet/IP.
• Experience with industrial software tools such as Rockwell Automation, Siemens TIA Portal, or Schneider Electric EcoStruxure.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
