📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management and sales performance.
• Manage a team of 5-7 employees, providing leadership and support to ensure high levels of customer service.
• Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.
• Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve store goals and objectives.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales performance.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, POS systems, and sales techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with retail software such as SAP or Oracle Retail is a plus.
• Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
