📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Evaluate and certify the skills and knowledge of mining personnel using standardized assessment tools.
• Conduct assessments to ensure compliance with national and international safety and operational standards.
• Develop and implement assessment protocols and procedures.
• Provide feedback and training recommendations to personnel to improve their competency.
• Collaborate with training and development teams to enhance the competency assessment process.
• Maintain accurate records of assessments and certifications.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assessment practices.
• Ensure all assessments are conducted in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Safety Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in competency assessment in the mining industry.
• Certification as a Competency Assessor (e.g., from the Indonesian Competency Assessment Institute).
• Proficiency in using competency assessment software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of national and international mining regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with safety management systems and practices.
