📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure team, ensuring that systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Work closely with engineers and technicians to maintain, optimize, and secure our IT infrastructure.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve our IT infrastructure, ensuring that it is up-to-date and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other teams within the organization.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the IT infrastructure field.
• Ensure that our IT infrastructure is backed up and disaster recovery plans are in place.
• Work with vendors and service providers to ensure that our IT infrastructure is supported and maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure support or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies, including but not limited to, networking, servers, storage, and virtualization.
• Experience with IT infrastructure management tools and software, such as VMware, Microsoft System Center, or ServiceNow.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as ISO/IEC 27001, is a plus.
