You'll be responsible for implementing and monitoring operational procedures, training and developing staff, and resolving any issues that may arise. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of daily store operations
• Monitor and report on store performance metrics
• Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Work closely with store managers to implement and maintain operational standards
• Assist in the development and implementation of store improvement initiatives
• Participate in inventory management and stock control processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail operations or customer support
• Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with retail management software such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar
• Ability to travel to multiple store locations as required
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
