📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the WiFi and broadband industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present and demonstrate our WiFi and broadband solutions to clients, highlighting their benefits and features.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to the sales manager.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating this knowledge into your sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your sales skills and knowledge.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in the telecommunications or IT industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.
- Strong understanding of WiFi and broadband technologies, including their applications and benefits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven attitude.
- Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
