📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions using SAP and other accounting software.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
• Provide financial support to various departments by preparing reports and forecasts to aid in decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Maintain and update financial records and ensure their accuracy and completeness.
• Stay up-to-date with accounting standards and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive industry.
• Proficiency in SAP and other accounting software, including Excel and QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
