📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert advice and guidance to customers regarding accident repairs and maintenance.,Assess and diagnose vehicle damage to determine the necessary repairs.,Coordinate with repair technicians to ensure timely and efficient repairs.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and repair processes.,Recommend appropriate repair solutions and estimate costs to customers.,Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and resolving any issues promptly.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements in the automotive repair field.,Promote and sell additional services and products to customers to increase revenue.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive repair industry, preferably in accident repairs.,Strong knowledge of automotive systems, components, and repair techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using computer systems and software for record-keeping and scheduling.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with safety regulations and standards in the automotive repair industry.
