VEGA Nusantara is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition professional to join our dynamic HR team. This role is crucial in driving our recruitment strategy and ensuring we attract and retain top talent in a competitive market.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for leading our recruitment efforts, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and developing our team. You will work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and ensure we have the right talent to support our business goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet our hiring criteria.
  • Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions in collaboration with department heads.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and recruitment agencies.
  • Provide guidance and support to the recruitment team to ensure high-quality hiring practices.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve our recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
