PT Boga Gading is seeking a highly skilled and professional Senior Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest experience at our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle various reception tasks efficiently and professionally.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and check them in/out, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.,Handle all guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services.,Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and room assignments.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Assist with special events and meetings, including room setups and coordination with event planners.,Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of security and confidentiality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using computer systems and software for front desk operations.,Knowledge of local regulations and hospitality industry standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
