As a Purchasing Officer, you'll play a crucial role in sourcing and procuring materials and services for our projects. You'll work closely with our construction teams to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

• Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries of materials and services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure product quality.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure materials are available when needed.
• Prepare and analyze reports to track procurement performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing in the construction or property industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant procurement software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven track record of cost savings and efficiency improvements.
