📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, pies, and other desserts.,Create new and innovative pastry recipes to keep our menu fresh and exciting.,Ensure that all pastries are prepared according to food safety and hygiene standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Work efficiently and effectively to meet production targets and deadlines.,Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations in the kitchen.,Stay up-to-date with the latest pastry trends and techniques.,Assist in training and mentoring new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven ability to create delicious and visually appealing pastries.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with various baking techniques and equipment.,Good communication skills, both written and verbal.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
