Micro Credit Account Officer - BPR Suar Artha Dharma
Join BPR Suar Artha Dharma as a Micro Credit Account Officer and play a pivotal role in expanding our microfinance portfolio in Denpasar, Bali. This position focuses on identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new borrowers for micro-loans ranging from IDR 3500000 - 5000000 per month. You'll work closely with our field officers to ensure smooth loan disbursements and repayment processes, while also providing financial education and guidance to our borrowers.

In this role, you'll spend your days visiting potential borrowers, assessing their financial needs and creditworthiness, and guiding them through the loan application process. You'll use our in-house loan management system, SIMBAS, to track loan applications, disbursements, and repayments. Additionally, you'll collaborate with our branch manager and other team members to ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new borrowers for micro-loans
- Assess borrowers' financial needs and creditworthiness
- Guide borrowers through the loan application process
- Use SIMBAS to track loan applications, disbursements, and repayments
- Collaborate with field officers to ensure smooth loan disbursements and repayment processes
- Provide financial education and guidance to borrowers
- Monitor loan portfolios and identify potential risks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of borrower information and loan transactions
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in microfinance, credit analysis, or a related role
- Strong knowledge of microfinance products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with SIMBAS or other loan management systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in Indonesian and English (both spoken and written)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
