• Conduct value stream mapping and process analysis to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous process improvement.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and work with cross-functional teams to implement process changes.
• Utilize tools such as 5S, PDCA, and Lean Manufacturing to streamline operations.
• Train and mentor junior engineers to ensure best practices are consistently applied.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with production and administrative teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Monitor and analyze process performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing and process improvement.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Lean tools and methodologies, including 5S, PDCA, and Kaizen.
• Proficient in using process improvement software such as Minitab, Six Sigma DMAIC, and Kaizen tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
