Royal Cloud Pratama is looking for a Lead Inventory Staff to manage and optimize our inventory processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management and a proven track record of improving efficiency and accuracy. This role is crucial for ensuring that our operations run smoothly and that we maintain optimal stock levels.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize inventory processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Monitor stock levels and implement reordering systems to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies.,Collaborate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.,Develop and maintain inventory reports and analytics to support decision-making.,Train and mentor junior staff on inventory management best practices.,Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.,Proven experience in using inventory management software and systems.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian business practices and regulations is a plus.
