Seed Store Cemerlang is looking for a dedicated IT Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, and providing technical support to our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Manage and update software licenses and subscriptions.,Ensure data backup and recovery procedures are in place and regularly tested.,Install and configure new hardware and software as needed.,Monitor and maintain IT security measures to protect company data.,Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting and repair.,Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).,Good understanding of IT security best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
