In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing our financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees,Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial projections,Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts and other financial accounts,Provide financial support to other departments as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently
