📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Handle employee relations matters, including grievances and conflicts.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and provide feedback to management.,Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a human resources role.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
