📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations issues and conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Support the company's efforts to create a positive and inclusive work environment.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist role or similar position.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
