📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Facilitate employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee training and development programs.,Oversee benefits administration and payroll processing.,Handle HR documentation and reporting.,Assist in the development of a positive and inclusive company culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration.,Proven track record in employee relations and conflict resolution.
