📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise a team of 10-15 couriers, ensuring they meet performance targets and maintain high standards of service.
• Optimize delivery routes using tools like Google Maps and Waze to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with customers, drivers, and other departments to ensure smooth and effective delivery operations.
• Monitor and analyze delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.
• Provide training and development opportunities to couriers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of delivery operations and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the operations manager to develop and implement strategies to improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 5-7 years of experience in logistics, courier services, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing and leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as Google Maps, Waze, and delivery management systems.
