📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate side loaders to load and unload containers efficiently and safely.
• Ensure all operations are carried out in accordance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Perform pre-operation and post-operation checks on side loaders to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the container yard.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and timely completion of all container handling tasks.
• Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• Participate in regular training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Side Loader Operator or similar role in the logistics or transportation industry.
• Proven track record of safe and efficient container handling operations.
• Familiarity with side loader equipment and related software, such as Yard Management System (YMS).
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to container handling.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy containers.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
