📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management and sales performance.
- Manage a team of 5-7 employees, providing leadership and support to ensure high levels of customer service.
- Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.
- Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve store goals and objectives.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales performance.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, POS systems, and sales techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with retail software such as SAP or Oracle Retail is a plus.
- Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
