📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of production schedules.,Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.,Conduct regular checks on production lines to identify and address issues.,Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency.,Maintain accurate records of production data and reports.,Support the Production Supervisor in implementing process improvements.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Assist in training and developing junior staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of production planning and control systems.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with quality management systems and safety protocols.,Experience with production software and tools is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
