📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Prepare and present sales reports to management and stakeholders.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events to promote our products.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales teams and provide feedback and coaching.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and tools.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
