Manage and maintain accurate financial records,Prepare and analyze financial statements,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Oversee the accounting department's day-to-day operations,Provide financial advice and recommendations to management,Conduct regular financial audits and reviews,Handle budgeting and forecasting for the healthcare center,Manage payroll and ensure timely payment to employees

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a healthcare setting,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards
