📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from advertising job openings to onboarding new hires.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Facilitate employee relations by addressing concerns and promoting a positive work environment.,Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Administer payroll and benefits, ensuring accurate and timely processing.,Oversee performance management, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.,Handle employee leave and attendance management.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a remote work environment.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with English is a plus.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
