📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the daily operations of thematic and attraction projects, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure materials, equipment, and services for projects.
• Develop and implement operational plans, including staffing schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure that operational plans align with project objectives and technical specifications.
• Train and mentor staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve operational efficiency and guest experiences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, project management, or a similar role in the experiential design or attractions industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
