In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.,Collaborate with department heads to understand training needs and align programs with business goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training needs analysis and develop training plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Experience in designing and facilitating training programs.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
