📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of shop assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Oversee daily operations of the retail store, including inventory management, stock control, and sales reporting.,Train and develop shop assistants to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they meet company standards and customer expectations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations, and maintain a safe and secure working environment.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to drive sales growth.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities to drive customer engagement and sales.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and achieve company objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail environment, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, stock control, and sales reporting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
