📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of food items by following standard recipes and procedures.
  • Train and mentor junior cooks and kitchen staff.
  • Manage inventory and ensure proper stock control.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in menu planning and development.
  • Monitor food costs and suggest cost-saving measures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing a kitchen team.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
  • Valid food handler's certificate.
