CV Indah Teratai is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement process, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or professionals with limited experience in procurement to gain valuable insights and develop their skills in a dynamic and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process by conducting supplier research and evaluation.,Support the negotiation process with suppliers to secure favorable terms and prices.,Maintain and update procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate procurement of materials and services.,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders as needed.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and analysis.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement.,Provide administrative support to the procurement manager as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Maximum 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Basic understanding of procurement processes and practices.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
