📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct job interviews and make data-driven hiring decisions.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Maintain a strong employer brand and represent the company at career fairs and networking events.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Provide guidance and support to internal teams on best practices for recruitment and hiring.,Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a hybrid or remote work environment.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
