📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring of vital signs.,Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.,Document patient health information accurately and maintain patient records.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment options.,Monitor and report any adverse events or complications to the appropriate healthcare providers.,Participate in continuous learning and professional development activities.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and hospital policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Valid nursing license and certification in Indonesia.,Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English or local language (Bahasa Indonesia).,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
