PT Pratama Mitra is seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Tutor to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Tutor in delivering high-quality education and mentoring students. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Tutor in planning and implementing lesson plans.,Conduct classes and provide academic support to students.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback.,Organize and grade assignments and exams.,Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs.,Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.,Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.,Support the Head Tutor in managing classroom logistics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring.,Strong knowledge of curriculum and educational standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid teaching certification or equivalent is preferred.
