Crystal Gate Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Supply Chain Staff to join our team in Ambon. This role is crucial in supporting our supply chain operations and ensuring smooth and efficient processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and monitoring inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and goods.,Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and deliveries.,Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders and invoices.,Support the supply chain team in developing and implementing supply chain strategies and initiatives.,Assist in analyzing supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Participate in regular meetings and updates with the supply chain team and other departments.,Perform other duties as assigned by the supply chain manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
