📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Manage and develop a team of F&B staff, providing training and support to enhance their skills.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain optimal food and beverage availability.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and well-maintained restaurant.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to maintain high-quality food preparation and presentation.
• Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve performance and profitability.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of our guests.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the F&B industry.
• Proven experience in managing a team and driving operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros, Toast, or similar.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Understanding of local regulations and industry standards.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
